Start with us 6+ months before your wedding day to go over what you need taken care of on the day of the wedding and in the weeks leading up to it
Your private, online Google Drive client portal will be fully-loaded with wedding planning tools, guides, tips, and more for you to utilize the moment you become a TWCC client

Unlimited phone, text and e-mail communication regarding your wedding from the Initial Meeting to the end of your wedding day
A “Wedding Day Information” questionnaire will be utilized to learn your plans in place
Up to 18 hours of Planning/Consulting services to assist with any last minute vendor additions, quote sourcing, floor plan creation/recreation, seating plan assistance, digital design (stationery design + website assistance), and more
Up to 12 hours of Information Preparation services
All month-of finalizations, last minute changes, payment reminders, etc. can be handled by your Lead Planner
Assistance with creating, polishing & maintaining your Wedding Day Timeline + Seating Chart
Lead Planner can attend your final venue walk-through AND wedding rehearsal
12 hours of Day-of Coordination services with 1x Lead Planner & 1x Associate Planner on the day of your wedding
Additional Planner hours needed on-site available
Unlimited use of your Planner’s Emergency Kit for any touch ups other as needed, at no additional charge
All TWCC representatives are Food Safe and Service It Right certified
