Unlimited consulting services provided from the Initial Meeting to the end of your event day on every aspect
Day-Of Coordination services on the day of your event includes a minimum of 1 lead planner and the option to add assistants as needed

event planning services can include the following & more:
Unlimited phone, text and e-mail communication regarding your wedding from the Initial Meeting to the end of your wedding day
Budget preparation, allocation and management
Preparing and maintaining an Event Planning Schedule for the months between the Initial Meeting and the event day, for those who wish to be more hands-on in the planning process
Assistance with development of the event theme you have chosen, from start to finish
Vendor and venue recommendations, assisting in the selection of vendors, booking process and handling vendor negotiations
Reviewing all vendor contracts* to confirm service outlines, payments, scheduled time with us on the day of, vendor duties, drop-off and pick-up times etc.

Scheduling and attending venue and vendor appointments*

Management and assistance with set-up of event site
On-site direction of the event on the day of to keep VIP’s, entertainers, guests and vendors informed, organized and on-time
Gathering and ensuring all VIP’s (persons of honour, speakers, etc.) are prepared before crucial moments
Ushering guests from locations and maintaining the flow of you event
Supervision and assistance with event tear down
Supervision of proper venue clean-up and tear down to avoid fines
Unlimited use of my Emergency Kit for any touch ups and other as needed, at no additional charge
Checking in on any card/gift tables and removing items to an agreed upon secure location as needed
8 hours of Day-of Coordination services on the day of your event with 2 TWCC Planners
Additional hours needed on-site available for an additional hourly rate starting at $60-$75 per hour
Should additional Planners be required, each added Planner is available at an additional rate of $40-$50 per hour for the first 8 hours, time and a half up to 12 hours and double time up to 18 hours maximum per person on-site.

Additional planning hours starting at $55 per hour; additional on-site hours starting at $45 per hour
Event planning services are booked 12+ weeks from the event date. Any services rendered beyond 12 weeks may incur additional charges.
