TWCC Full Planning Services are for the couple looking for guidance and support in all areas of the wedding planning process from the start, and those wishing to hand off majority of the work to a wedding industry professional.

Start with us 10+ months before your wedding day to determine your vision, style and preferences to provide you with accurate recommendations 

Scheduled monthly tasks delegated in an organized fashion that are easy to follow

Your private, online Google Drive client portal will be fully-loaded with wedding planning tools, guides, tips, and more for you to utilize the moment you become a TWCC client

full planning services can include the following & more:

  • Unlimited phone, text and e-mail communication regarding your wedding from the Initial Meeting to the end of your wedding day

  • Up to 110 hours of Planning/Consulting services

  • Budget preparation, allocation and management

  • Preparing and maintaining a Wedding Planning Schedule for the months between the Initial Meeting and your wedding day 

  • Full development of the wedding theme you have chosen, from start to finish

  • Vendor and venue recommendations, assisting in the selection of vendors, booking process and handling vendor negotiations 

  • Scheduling all venue and vendor appointments on your behalf

  • Preparing and maintaining a Wedding Day Timeline + Seating Chart AND executing the design for your physical seating layout that will be used at the wedding 

  • Lead Planner can attend all venue/vendor meetings AND your wedding rehearsal

  • 12 hours of on-site Wedding Coordination services with 2x TWCC Planners on the day of your wedding

    • Additional Planner hours on-site available

  • Unlimited use of your Planner’s Emergency Kit for any touch ups other as needed, at no additional charge 

All TWCC representatives are Food Safe and Service It Right certified

Payment plans available

Additional planning hours starting at $55 per hour; additional on-site hours starting at $45 per hour

Full Planning Services booked within 10 months from the wedding date may incur additional fees.
