Initial phone call to gain information regarding your wedding or event before meeting in-person to allow for preparation of anything necessary to the meeting
In-person meeting at a location convenient to you to go over areas of concern regarding your wedding or event. KMs billed at $0.78/km on top of billable time.
Budget preparation, allocation and management
Venue and vendor recommendations, assisting in the selection of vendors and vendor negotiations*

Assistance with creating a Wedding Planning Schedule for you to follow
Recommendations for development of the wedding theme you have chosen
Scheduling and attending vendor appointments
Assistance with creating a wedding day itinerary, contact sheet and wedding day checklist to include all relevant information in tidy and organized documents
Assistance with follow-ups and confirmations with all vendors and assistance with finding replacement vendors, if needed
Joining in attendance to the appointment with clergy (in discussing actual ceremony)
Rehearsal supervision, to address areas of concern with you and your wedding party
